I just received my first ever beauty subscription box! I was pretty excited going through the ordering process as I had always wanted to join one and instead of having to find one, this one came to me through the sponsored ads on Facebook.
I literally just opened this baby up not even a few minutes ago and couldn’t wait to share it with you. I believe the monthly subscription fee is normally $15 but they had a promotional offer for a first timer like myself and I only paid $10.
I won’t lie, I thought the box would be bigger. I don’t know why but I was surprised by the size lol.

I received 8 items in all and a $35 gift card for Hello Fresh.
During the signing up process, they make you fill out a survey asking you for your beauty/skincare preferences, skin type, personality traits and all that sort of thing so I’m not exactly sure if they personalise each box for each person or if they make a few different lots every month and send you the one which matches the closest to your preferences.
I am however quite pleased with this box as I did go into this wanting to try out new skincare products. I can’t wait to try the Deep Pore Exfoliating Polish cos God knows my skin really needs it. I will try it tonight followed by the Rose Hip Moisturiser hehe.
I love how their products are mostly locally sourced, cruelty-free and paraben free. I will probably try at least 2 more boxes and then decide whether I want to continue the subscription further.
